Philly Podcast Space - Terms of Service
1. Arrival and Session Management
• Arrival Time: Please arrive right at your scheduled booking time. We’ll promptly escort you to the studio, ensuring everything is ready for your session. Your session time begins as scheduled, which includes setup and wrap-up.
• Session Timing: Your booked session includes both setup and breakdown time, so please manage your time accordingly. If your session is from “2:00 PM to 4:00 PM,” this period includes time to set up and finish up, so arriving on time ensures you get the most out of your recording.
2. Studio Use and Conduct
• Professional Behavior: We expect all guests to conduct themselves professionally. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your session without a refund.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the studio or building.
• Food and Drink: You’re welcome to enjoy food and drinks in designated areas.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session with more than 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Refunds: A 50% refund is available if you cancel at least one week in advance. Full refunds are provided only if we need to cancel your session due to an issue on our side.
4. Studio Capacity
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to six people can be in the studio at one time. Larger groups require prior approval from management.
5.Ambient Recording Environment
At Philly Podcast Space, we’re committed to providing a comfortable and professional setting for all your recording needs. Our studio is designed to minimize outside noise and ensure high-quality audio. While our vibrant location in Philadelphia might occasionally introduce some ambient sounds, rest assured, our studio is equipped with advanced noise-canceling software and effective noise management practices to keep your recordings clean and clear.
6. File Delivery
• Membership Room (STUDIO 404): Your files will be available instantly after your session, and you can transfer them directly via AirDrop or a flash drive/Hard drive.
• Managed Services (STUDIO 301): Expect your files to be delivered within 3-4 business days via email or Dropbox link. If you prefer, a version can be AirDropped on the same day.
7. Membership-Specific Policies
• Setup Fee: All memberships include a one-time $149 setup fee, covering your initial training, onboarding, and a special starter pack. This fee is non-refundable.
• Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your membership anytime, but any unused sessions for the current month are non-refundable, and sessions do not roll over to the next month.
